After years on Wall Street and building my own biz, real estate just clicked. It’s like everything I’ve done up to now was prepping me for this next chapter. And trust me—I’ve been in the trenches.
Many of you know my backstory,kids moved out, sold my club, moved my family from Jersey to Florida a few years ago. Once we moved, we didn’t just dip a toe in—we cannonballed into the real estate market.

➡️ A gorgeous high-rise condo in Brickell, which we leased, and its an excellent source of passive income

Florida’s tax-friendly environment, with no state income tax and homestead exemptions, can save high earners thousands annually. Beyond finances, some are frustrated with urban issues like rising crime, congestion, or political climates in NY/NJ.
